To reach this level the company must have Balance either by numbers or percentage depending on the size of the Board or the Management Team in 2 out of 3 categories; Board, Management Team or Operational Management Team.

BALANCE

To reach this level the company must have Balance either by numbers or percentage depending on the size of the Board or the Management Team in 1 out of 3 categories; Board, Management Team or Operational Management Team.

NON-BALANCE

To come to this level the company must have Imbalance either by numbers or percentage depending on the size of the Board or the Management Team in either 2 or 3 out of 3 categories; Board, Management Team or Operational Management Team.

DOMINANCE

To come to this level the company must have 100% of one gender, either by numbers or percentage depending on the size of the Board or the Management Team, in 1 out of 3 categories; Board, Management Team and Operational Management Team.

DOUBLE-DOMINANCE

To come to this level the company must have 100% of one gender, To come to this level the company must have Dominance either by numbers or percentage depending on the size of the Board or the Management Team in 2 out of 3 categories; Board, Management Team or Operational Management Team.

TRIPLE-DOMINANCE

To come to this level the company must have 100% of one gender, To come to this level the company must have Dominance either by numbers or percentage depending on the size of the Board or the Management Team in 3 out of 3 categories; Board, Management Team or Operational Management Team.
